Delete your account

You can delete your Ability Arcade account at any time. It can't be undone.

What is deleted

• For a Player: your game progress, play history, picture, requests, linked headsets, and your links with Caretakers.
• For a Caretaker: your picture, linked headsets, the tasks you set for Players, and your links with Players. Your Players keep their own accounts.
• Your sign-in, so the email address can be used again.

Deleting happens straight away. A record that holds no personal details is kept for 30 days to show that the deletion finished. Our database backups keep a copy for up to 30 days before it is gone from them too.

How to delete it

Sign in with your account, then choose "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page. You'll be asked to confirm.
